In 2020, I embarked on a new project - illustrating the second book, "The Path of the Witch" by Lidia Pradas. Little did I know that this journey would not only boost my confidence but also revolutionize my artistic process. And it all started with one powerful new tool in my hands - my iPad.
Is Digital Art Really Easier Than Traditional Art?
Now, let me debunk the myth that digital art is no easier than traditional art - because that couldn't be further from the truth. With my iPad in hand, my work became faster, easier, and better. In just a year since the first book, my illustrations have reached new heights, all thanks to the wonders of digital art.
The flexibility of digital tools allowed you to experiment with different styles, textures, and effects. Moreover, the ability to undo and redo strokes with a simple gesture is a game-changer. No more worrying about making irreversible mistakes or smudging your masterpiece. Digital art allows for experimentation and exploration without the fear of ruining your work.
So, the next time someone insists that digital art is no easier than traditional art, don't be fooled. Trust me, armed with an iPad, your artistic endeavors will become faster, easier, and better than ever before.
One of the highlights of this project was creating the cover for the book. Interestingly, it was originally intended to be in color. And now, I'll let you in on a little secret:
Working on this project was not only easy but also immensely enjoyable, thanks to the incredible team I had the privilege to collaborate with.
I showed you some review photos. Below I will write information about the book from the publisher and leave a link where you can buy it.

- Do you have an affinity for working with plants and herbs for magic and medicine? You may be a Green Witch.
- Is the kitchen and home space sacred to you? Are you able to tap into the sensory and healing properties of food for spellwork? Is cooking an intentional act for you? You may be a Kitchen Witch.
- Are you able to easily connect with the spirit world or the liminal realms? You may be a Hedge Witch.
- Can you do many practices with ease? You may be an Eclectic Witch.
The Path of the Witch describes the many different types of witches, their gifts and abilities, and their practices. Each path shows readers activities and rituals that they can use to discover and explore that type of witchcraft and discern which one is the fit for them.
