Please note: my shop ships from three different locations, depending on the product. Each item’s description will specify where it ships from.

1. Printful fulfillment centers
   Most prints, postcards, framed prints, and canvas artworks.

2. Ukraine (Kyiv)
   Older prints, original artworks, and Ouija boards.

3. Spain
   Original artworks created from 2025 onward.
   
   

Shipping & Delivery

• Average delivery time: 1–5 weeks.

• Large or heavy packages: Customs and import taxes may apply, depending on your country’s laws. We are not responsible for these fees.

• International shipping: Delays can happen at customs. Once the package has left Ukraine, it is handled by your local postal service, and we cannot influence its movement.

Tracking

• All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation and a tracking number.

• Tracking helps to prevent lost packages.

• If a package becomes lost or stolen, we are not responsible. We recommend checking the tracking updates directly on your local postal service’s official website.

Customs Fees

• Depending on your destination and the fulfillment location, customs fees may apply.

• These fees vary by order value, country limits, and regulations.

• Please check your local customs information for details.
